How do I know when a new kimono or collection is dropping?
The best way to stay informed about our limited releases is to subscribe to our newsletter and follow our official social media channels. Most drops occur on Fridays at 9:00 AM PST.
What is the return policy for batch releases?
We accept returns on unwashed and unworn products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that due to the limited nature of our drops, we cannot guarantee exchanges for different sizes.
How should I care for my Shoyoroll kimono to prevent shrinking?
We recommend washing your gi in cold water and hanging it to dry. Using a dryer or hot water will cause the fabric to shrink significantly and may damage the integrity of the collar.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 60 minutes of the order being placed.
