At Shoyoroll, we stand by the quality of our premium Jiu-Jitsu gear and offer returns on unwashed, unworn, and original-packaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that limited edition releases and kimonos that have been laundered or used in training are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and kimono bags are included to maintain eligibility for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
